Maureen has over thirty years’ experience in HR at both strategic and operational level. She has worked in many different sectors, including Oil and Gas, Rail, Education, Power and consultancy. Maureen specialises in working with small to medium sized businesses, and spending time coaching and mentoring senior and middle management. She has a wealth of experience in organisational development, performance management, employment legislation and HR policy formulation.
She joined Intend as an Associate in early 2018 to support our work with SMEs, in particular assisting them to improve their tender library (business policies and procedures, “people” related information for bids) and complete ESPD Qualification documents correctly.
