In my view an important element in a successful procurement process is to view the criteria from the procurement organisation’s perspective, with Intend ensuring we remained on the correct path and met the procurer’s needs.  Another helpful aspect of Intend’s work was that Gill uploaded the documents, a task which was both laborious and time-consuming and this was a valuable assistance.
